Join us for a Pitta-balancing workshop featuring a gentle yoga practice, cooling breathwork, and calming meditation to help you feel grounded and refreshed. We’ll share light snacks and Pitta-pacifying drinks—plus simple recipes for home. Our focus will be on cooling, calming, and hydrating practices to bring you back into balance.
