In a world that moves too fast, Sweetbay Wellbeing Studio offers space to help you be present, breathe deeper, and feel whole again. Our classes and workshops are for busy professionals, tired parents, or anyone seeking to strengthen their mental, physical, and emotional self.

If you want to FLOW:
The vibe: Rhythmic, fluid, and breath-centered.
You might choose these classes when: You crave smooth, continuous movement to clear a busy mind and build flexible, full-body mobility.
The classes:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: a fluid flow is designed to help you connect deeply with your breath and cultivate a sense of mindfulness through movement. In this class, you'll synchronize each inhale and exhale with intentional, dynamic poses to create a seamless flow of energy that invigorates both body and mind.
Hatha Flow Yoga: a gentle practice designed to ease tension, improve flexibility, and create space throughout the body. This class incorporates breathwork to encourage relaxation and reduce stress and flows through long-held postures that release tension stored in the body.
Rhythm + Release Dance Flow: a lighthearted movement class that blends somatic awareness, gentle stretch, and expressive dance to help you reconnect with your body through curiosity, play, and flow. Enjoy freeing movement mixed with beginner jazz choreography to the best tunes of the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s!
If you want to SOFTEN:
The vibe: Deep stillness, nervous system soothing, and total recovery.
You might choose these classes when: You’re feeling overwhelmed, physically exhausted, or simply need to hit pause and rest your nervous system.
The classes:
Restorative Yoga: stretching and restorative yoga poses are held longer and use props to encourage deep relaxation. This class is perfect for those who want to reduce stress and physical tension held in the body, or have physical concerns or injuries.
Sound Healing: soak in the vibrations of beautifully tuned singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other instruments that facilitate relaxed healing. This class begins with a gentle seated stretch, guided mindfulness or visualization meditation, and seamlessly flows into a restorative sound bath.
Pause + Presence: We start together with 45 minutes of guided breathwork and guided meditation before transitioning into 30 minutes of free time for journaling, planning, dreaming, reading, or simply being. Find calm in our peaceful, tech-free wellbeing studio to flow through intentional planning and creative thinking.
If you want to TONE:
The vibe: Build strength with low-impact, high-repetition, and muscle-sculpting workouts.
You might choose these classes when: You love that deep muscle "burn”, core stability work, and precision movement without the over-stimulation of a gym .
The classes:
Barre Fusion: a fun blend of graceful ballet moves, core-focused Pilates, and muscle-toning barre techniques.
Unbothered Strength: uses body weight and resistance bands to build physical strength, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation. Designed specifically for individuals healing from trauma, estrangement, or chronic stress, this class is an inclusive and empowering space to reconnect with the body in a way that centers choice, compassion, and community.
Unbothered Sculpt: a deep muscle burn, core stability work, and precision movement using resistance bands and ankle weights. This class infuses Pilates with Strength training to help you sculpt your arms, core, and glutes. Same supportive room as Strength, but with stepped up resistance!

Studio classes are open to all adults and do not require a therapeutic partnership!
Studio students may receive benefits from our classes such as relaxation, stress reduction, and mental wellness knowledge and skill. However, participation in a class, workshop, or special event does not establish a therapeutic (or clinical) relationship with a provider.
If you are a therapy or coaching client, please know your confidentiality will be maintained when you are in studio. It is our hope that all of our clients - confidential services or studio - feel safe and welcomed. Please discuss any concerns with possible studio interactions with your provider.

Our fitness and movement classes are designed to be accessible and adaptable. However, you are responsible for knowing your own limits and consulting with your healthcare provider before participating. Please let the instructor know if you need modifications at the beginning or during class.

You should always participate as you are emotionally, mentally, and physically able. Personal reflection is encouraged but group sharing is not required. You may participate in meditation while seated/lying on the floor or while seated in a chair.
Those who are pregnant or live with neurological conditions should consult their medical provider(s) prior to participating in sound meditation.

We offer three (3) Class Pass options: 5-Class, 10-Class, or 30 Days Unlimited. After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your certificate code to enter when you sign up for classes.
Advanced registration is still required with Class Passes. This helps us prepare for class and allows us to provide timely updates if we need to reschedule or cancel a class or event.

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Yoga mats and class props will be provided.
Plan to arrive 5 minutes early to get settled. If possible, plan to give yourself 30 minutes after class for hydration and quiet reflection.

Class and workshop registrations are non-refundable. Credit towards a future class or workshop may be granted with a request prior to the start of the class/workshop. Credit is valid for one month.
