Mindfulness Based Growth Coaching with Tia Marie Brumsted

  • Through guided coaching sessions, we tackle the real stuff—mindset shifts, boundaries, and self-worth. My ideal coaching client:

    • Recognizes opportunity for growth

    • Is ready to sit with discomfort

    • Open to courageous conversations, new tools, and practical (yet impactful) habit shifts to help accomplish goals while feeling more calm, intentional, and engaged

    Sessions will incorporate breathwork, reflective journaling, and psychoeducation.

  • 1:1 Growth Package (6 sessions) - $1,020

    Deep Dive Session (one, 90-minute session) - $220

    Small Group Coaching (4-8 sessions) - $40 per session, based on availability

  • Tia Marie Brumsted, owner of Sweetbay Mental Health, has decades of experience in supporting individuals with self-improvement. She coaches from a fulfillment and goal-oriented approach, drawing on her professional training in cognitive behavioral theory, solutions-focused theory, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and meditation teaching.

Health and Lifestyle Coaching with Megan Rosario

  • Megan believes wellness is about more than just physical health—it’s about creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. She helps clients build simple, sustainable routines, get clear on their goals, and find the confidence to handle life’s challenges. Known for her warm, supportive style, Megan empowers clients to recognize the strengths they already have.

    90-minute Coaching Sessions - $200

  • Megan is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with professional certifications in Managing Happiness from Harvard University and Health and Wellness Coaching from Georgetown University. With a background in business, conflict resolution, and wellness, she brings a well-rounded approach to helping clients create lasting change and thrive in both life and work. Outside of coaching, she loves traveling, exploring the arts, and meaningful conversations.
