Tia Marie Brumsted, LCSW-C, LICSW, NCSSW

Therapist | Coach | Healing Arts Practitioner

With 20 years of experience in mental health and K-12 school health administration, Tia Marie has served as a clinical social worker, personal coach, workplace consultant, and systems-level education leader in the metropolitan DC region. She holds a masters degree in clinical social work and is licensed to practice psychotherapy in Maryland and DC.

Tia Marie is passionate about integrative mental health and is certified in mindfulness and meditation teaching, restorative yoga, and sound healing. She leans into this integrative approach to help people and organizations find calm, clarity, confidence, and success.

Tia Marie is a graduate of Spelman College and Smith College School for Social Work. She holds the honor of the first nationally certified school social worker in the US.

Her Why: “I believe self-improvement is a lifelong journey. I encourage folx to come as they are and to recognize the many strengths they already possess. I love to create spaces for people to move beyond self-doubt and step boldly into their full potential.”

    Scheera Robinson, AAS, RYT 200

    Reiki Master | Hatha Yoga

    Scheera is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful daughters, walking the sacred path of motherhood with love, patience, and wisdom. Her spiritual journey began in 2015 when she embraced yoga and meditation, and she became a certified yoga instructor in 2017. As a holistic wellness practitioner, Scheera weaves together the transformative practices of Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and Thai Bodywork to guide others on their path to healing, self-discovery, and inner peace. She helps her students reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits, inviting them to cultivate presence and embrace each moment with kindness and awareness.

    Meagé Clements, LCSW-C, LICSW, LCSW, NASM-CPT

    Personal Trainer | Unbothered Strength

    Meagé, also known as The Unbothered Therapist, is a licensed trauma therapist and certified personal trainer who blends psychotherapy, holistic wellness, and movement to support clients on their healing journey. With a practice rooted in trauma-informed and body-inclusive care, she creates affirming spaces for women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals who are navigating burnout, grief, family estrangement, or the weight of systemic oppression.

    Her unique approach integrates evidence-based therapy, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement practices. By moving beyond traditional models of care, she helps clients reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and cultivate sustainable wellness from the inside out. In her practice, she provides therapy and trauma-informed personal training that honor the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

    Her Why: “Healing isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about slowing down, listening to your body, and reclaiming the unbothered peace you deserve.”

    Larissa Johnson, MPA

    Barre Fusion | Laughter Yoga

    Larissa's adventure into movement and wellness kicked off in 1998 when she became a certified aerobics instructor. Her journey has been a whirlwind tour across the country, teaching from the bustling streets of New York to the sunny shores of Hawaii, the laid-back vibes of San Diego, the historical charm of Massachusetts, and now the vibrant scene of Maryland. Alongside her wellness adventures, she's a champion for social and environmental justice, passionately tackling inequities and disparities. 

    Her Why: “My zest for movement keeps me on her toes, embracing the latest fitness crazes while weaving in cutting-edge research to sharpen focus, melt away stress, and supercharge information retention.”
