Join us for an intentional space designed to support parents of children with autism who are early in their journey. We’ll begin with a soft arrival with coffee, tea, and refreshments, then practice a guided grounding meditation.
This workshop will:
Help parents understand autism through an acceptance-based lens
Support families in navigating the early stages after diagnosis
Offer foundational strategies for communication, routines, and connection at home
