Gather & Ground: An Afternoon of Rest, Reflection & Connection

As the year begins to wind down, we invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for rest. Join Kai Wellness Collective and Sweetbay Mental Health for Gather & Ground, an intimate wellness gathering centered on mindfulness, reflection, and restoration.

Designed as a small-group experience, this afternoon offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming, intentional space. Together, we’ll move through guided journaling, meditation, restorative yoga, and sound healing. Each experience is an invitation to slow down, connect with your breath, settle into your body, and notice what you may need in this season of life. We’ll close with spoken affirmations accompanied by sound healing, followed by time to enjoy refreshments and connect in community.

What to Expect:

  • Guided journaling and intentional reflection

  • Breathwork and grounding meditation

  • Restorative yoga accompanied by sound healing

  • Spoken affirmations and moments of stillness

  • Light refreshments and community connection

No prior experience with meditation or yoga is necessary. Come as you are, with an openness to slowing down and honoring what you need. Dress comfortably and in layers. Yoga mats/props, workshop materials, filtered water, coffee, tea, and lite bites are included.

Investment: $100 per person
