Mindset & Momentum is a workshop series designed to help you reflect on your current health and well-being, set a clear vision for where you want to go, and take attainable steps forward with greater confidence and consistency. Each session includes guided reflections and partnered conversations that lead to personalized actions you can apply right away. The sessions build on each other, but you’re welcome to join one or experience the full series.

Session #3: Habits that Hold: Building Systems for Success

Understand the limitations of motivation and willpower and what to rely on instead. You’ll design systems that make your goals easier to achieve, even on your hardest days.

Holly McBride is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a passion for helping women take control of their health through small, consistent steps. She knows how to break down complex goals, motivate change, and meet each individual exactly where they are. Her approach is supportive and goal-driven, empowering clients to take action toward the identity and health outcomes they truly want.
