Investment: $70 | Participation is capped at six (6) participants per session.
A gentle, guided space to explore your inner world through writing. This Intensive dives into therapeutic writing practice to help you process emotions, find meaning when closure isn’t possible, and move forward with greater self-compassion. Narrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (NCBT) helps us deconstruct unhelpful, limiting stories about ourselves and co-create empowering new narratives that resolve emotional distress. You’ll learn the five core steps to NCBT and put these steps into practice through three rounds of therapeutic writing styles: Self-Compassion Letters, Cognitive Re-Authoring of My Story, and Between Me and Only Me - Unsent Letters to Those Who Caused Us Harm.
This experience is a perfect supplement to your ongoing therapy journey and also helpful for those who simply want to live with greater self-compassion and clarity. We’ll open with group expectations to support psychological safety. Verbal sharing about your writing or how it felt is totally optional.
